    Hi Rod
I like your list. However, I find jetpack really awesome.
I get enough of all the plugins listed here in one plugin. Like I need backups, I get it in vaultpress and for spam protection and security, Akismet takes care of it. Well, there are ton of plugins installed in my wordpress site but it works faster than others. (but people say to use minimum plugins. auto backup is the key :P) What do you think?
    Thanks for sharing

    • Rodney Lacambra April 18, 2017 at 8:52 pm - Reply

      Hey Vashishtha,

Thanks for pointing out. Jetpack is a nice plugin though. And yes, too many plugins can slow down site performance.

But in my opinion, as long as it works for you continue doing so. There’s so much good plugin out there. This list is just one of them.

      Thanks for stopping by.
